"NSMS has been a saving grace for our family.  We have used other senior services agencies in the past and have been very unsatisfied.  NSMS staff are very professional, caring and add a personal touch that  other agencies don't provide.  The owner of NSMS and the Client Relationship Manager made home visits to ensure that all of our needs were met and went out of their way to help our family transition into needing care for two 93 year old twins.

The in-home caregivers have been dependable, honest, caring, flexible, self-motivated and genuinely care about our elderly aunt and uncle.  We are confident that they are being cared for physically and mentally. Our family is very happy with NWSM and would recommend them to anyone that needs in-home care giving services.
