Northwest Senior Management Services has always been a leader in the Portland metro area for quality in-home care.  Our specially trained, screened, and Registered Nurse supervised caregivers, CNAs, and LPNs, provide safe and secure personal care, along with the highest quality home assistance, to maintain the best possible quality of life for our clients.

Northwest Senior Management Services provides help with all of the activities of daily living (ADLs) that involve your personal well being.  All care is supervised by our staff RNs who come to NSMS with significant experience in geriatric care.  We recognize that not everyone needs the services of personal care, but may need just a little help in the home, and with transportation or errands.  We are happy to be able to offer every level of in-home care from companionship through complex care.

In-Home Care Outside the Home

The possibilities of in-home care reach far beyond the private residence. We routinely send caregivers to clients in retirement and assisted living communities, rehab facilities, and hospitals, to provide needed extra care not covered in the usual range of facility services.  Having extra care can relieve families of a heavy burden of responsibility during transitions, can offer escort and transportation to events and appointments, and can even enable an elder or disabled person to remain in their chosen living situation longer than they might otherwise.
